Booking and payment at the smartFLATS

You can book rooms through our website, via eMail or over the phone.

Entered informaton in our online booking form is secure via SSL. If you prefer to give us your credit card details over the phone, via eMail or fax you can do this also.

No, you can pay in advance cia bank transfer as well.

Yes, we will charge 30 % of the accommodation amount as deposit to secure your reservation with us.

We accept cash, maestro, visa and mastercard. Please note, a surcharge of 1.6 % will apply.

Service at the smartFLATS

Upon request, we do offer a shuttle service for a fee. For more information, please contact us over the phone, via e-mail or using the chat option on the website.

Our reception is located in the smartHOTEL and is open daily from 07:30 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.
We reserve the right to change the opening hours of our Front Desk according to low seasons requirements.

You can check in to your apartment on the day of arrival from 04:00 p.m. - 08:00 p.m. clock (check-in at smartHOTEL). If your arrival is outside this time, please let us know soon enough. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment for cleaning by 10:00 a.m. (check-out at smartHOTEL).

Our rooms are non-smoking but you can smoke outside on the balcony or terrace.

We do welcome pets in the smartHOTEL. A surcharge of € 10.00 per pet and day applies.

The smartFLATS have their own large parking area behind the house, where you can park for free. From the parking lot there is a direct access to the house.

Yes, the SPAR supermarket is only 3 minutes walking distance from the smartFLATS.

Only final cleaning. Additional cleaning fee.

The next cable car is FULSECK approx. 500 meters walking distance.

The smartHOTEL has a small wellness area with a Finnish sauna, a light sauna, an infrared cabin and a steam bath, which are available to our guests free of charge. Our sauna and steam room are open from 04:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.

We kindly ask you to bring your own bath shoes.

Our restaurant is open daily at the following times and can be booked as a half-board menu or breakfast at the reception in the smartHOTEL:
Breakfast: 07:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for € 9.80
Dinner: 06:00 p.m. 08:00 p.m. for € 19.90

Unfortunately, we do not offer an opportunity to wash your clothes in house.

Of course, you can buy ski passes directly at the Front Desk of the smartHOTEL.

Our partner for hiring ski equipment is Sport Egger in Dorfgastein directly at the cable car station. As smartFLATS guest you will receive 5 % discount with your key card.

We do work together with Ski school Holleis as well as Ski school Angerer in Dorfgastein. For more information and rates, please contact the ski schools directly. As a smartFLATS guest you get 5 % discount with your room card.

Facilities in the smartFLATS

We do offer complimentary Wi-Fi in the apartments and in all public areas.

Every room is equipped with a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The towels and bath towels will not be changed during your stay. Should you require an additional change, we will charge it for a small fee.

Modification and cancellation of a booking

Of course, you can change of cancel your booking any time. Please, refer tot he cancellation policy for any fees which might occur.

We operate on the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association from 2006 which state:

  • up to 3 months prior to arrival - no charge
  • 3 months up to 1 month prior to arrival - 40% of the accommodation amount will be charged
  • 1 month up to 1 week prior to arrival - 70% of the accommodation amount will be charged
  • In the last week and No Show - 90% of the accommodation amount will be charged

We do suggest to finalise a cancellation insurance prior to your visit. Our partner Europäische Versicherung has two very good packages available.
